Marand has signed a subcontracting agreement with IBS, one of Russia's largest system integrators. Under the terms of the agreement, IBS will use Marand Think!EHR Platform to build a solution for Moscow City Department of Information Technologies' centralised Electonic Health Record project. Marand will also provide services including training and support.
"Due to very high demands of the customer, we spent considerable time to evaluate Marand's Think!EHR Platform for functionality and performance. In benchmark testing, the Think!EHR Platform exceeded our expectations, proving the ability to handle 20 million EHRs with 1 billion documents while achieving sub-second response times. Marand staff were very professional and I am sure will be a great asset to this project." said Alexey Soshnin, Head of IBS Healthcare.
Tomaz Gornik, Marand co-founder and VP said "We are very proud that IBS has chosen our Think!EHR Platform as the repository of structured health record data for Moscow City's eHealth infrastructure. We are confident that the project will deliver leading edge eHealth solutions based on our vision of combining openEHR and IHE."
